At Finding Next we believe women are always fighting their way through something. Whether personal, professional, mental or physical, women are working hard to get through now and find what’s next. Understanding the process to get there is half the battle. The other half is the inspiration and confidence in yourself and your ability to just do it.

In our workshops and programs, our team helps women understand that the process begins first with discovering their authentic self. With that realization we can then begin exploring the possibilities that brings what’s next for you. Always fun, insightful and real, you will find the programs powerful and leave anxious to begin discovering the possibilities.

TALKS & PRESENTATIONS

Her Unleashed

Looking for how you get to the place where you feel totally unleashed to be your very best you? Let Jes Averhart and Casey Steinbacher share with you how they got there, each in their own way,  and the 5 important components of that journey that made all the difference. Its quick and insightful advice on getting to your best self.

Staring in the Face of Something New

Is there ever a more scary time than when you’re starting a journey towards something new. Sometimes that journey is self imposed and sometimes its forced, giving you no choice. Regardless of the push, the journey feels unsure. Casey Steinbacher knows firsthand both journeys and will share the lessons learned that will make your next one a little more predictable.

Dime, Nickel, Quarter Circles

The most underrated key to success in life is the quality of the tribe of people who surround and support us. Unlike our family, we get to choose our circle of friends but few of us do so with any understanding of the role they play in the success of our life.  In this talk, Casey Steinbacher will share with you the concept of having a dime, nickel and quarter circle of friends and how each can play a dynamic role in your life.  Like most women who attend,  you will never view your friends the same way again.

LARGER PROGRAMS

Braver, Smarter, Stronger U

(no maximum audience)
Women today are starving for tangible advice on how to empower themselves and ‘Be Heard”. Braver, Smarter, Stronger U is a 2 hour leadership development program with insightful takes on developing women’s confidence, authority and influence. Designed for large audiences and unlike any program you’ve seen before, this one includes inspirational music, powerful information on understanding your personal brand, real conversations with key women that have found the confidence they needed be successful and lots of fun audience interaction and participation.  Originally started with the simple idea that women needed a safe, fun and empowering space to rediscover the confidence and fearlessness they once possessed as a child, the program now provides audiences with the inspiration to dance their way through life with voices that matter.

Discover the Fire Within

(maximum of 125-150)
Most professional women have difficulty finding authentic opportunities to connect with other women; to learn from other women; to have a shared experience with equally inquisitive females that feels real and genuine. Discover the Fire Within was designed with that in mind. The program provides the audience the opportunity to hear real stories about what success and what failure looks and feels like from women that have experienced both; first as panelists and then as audience engagers, working and connecting with the women in the room. Their stories inspire the desire and their personal connections inspire the confidence that all women are looking for.
